We collect information you provide directly during the interview flow, such as your experience descriptions, roles, dates, outcomes, and preferences for tone or formatting. If you create an account in the future, we may store your name and email to associate sessions.

• Content you write: summaries of experiences, skills, outcomes, and custom notes that become resume bullet cards.
• Interaction data: basic product usage such as steps viewed and feature engagement to improve guidance and quality.
• UTM and referral parameters: if present in the URL, we preserve them on Get started links to understand where users come from.

We use your inputs to generate refined resume bullet cards and to provide tone and style suggestions. Content may be processed by AI models to draft and improve your phrasing.

If you are signed in, your completed cards and session history may be saved to your account so you can revisit and reuse them later. Otherwise, content may be kept locally for the session’s duration.

• Processing: AI-assisted drafting and refinement to produce action-oriented, impact-focused bullet points.
• Storage: Secure cloud storage on the DontCode platform (PostgreSQL or equivalent) for session history and archives.
• Retention: We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, fulfill legal obligations, or as you direct via settings.

You’re always in control of your sessions. You can start an interview, pause and return later, or delete sessions and archived cards. Deleting removes stored content from our active systems; some logs may persist for security, fraud prevention, or legal requirements.

• Start: Begin a guided interview and create cards at your pace.
• Pause: Take a break and come back without losing context (if signed in).
• Delete: Remove stored sessions and cards from your account and active databases.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, update, export, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you request deletion, we’ll remove your content from active systems and confirm when complete.

We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure product performance. We only process UTM parameters for attribution and product improvement; we do not sell personal data.
